Suite faces north, and overlooks a quieter local street, and would appeal to the those who want to be close to the downtown business core, or Robson Street shopping (Only one block away), and yet still live in a residential neighborhood.

The bedroom has a queen size sleigh bed, and there is a full compliment of appliances, including stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and microwave oven.

In-suite gas fireplace for those cozy winter evenings. Complex has an extensively landscaped inner courtyard, complete with reflecting pool, for use by the residents. Located in the West End.

Two blocks to large supermarket and various name restaurants and downtown shopping.
